Add a warning about iCloud sync being slow sometimes. Also: in user-facing text, change “subscriptions” to “feeds.” We want to use the word “feed” — a “subscription” makes people think of IAP.

Removes AddAccountDismissDelegate
...
Delegate which was responsible to dismiss AddAccountViewController
whenever presented view controller dismissed is not needed. So removing
it simply will go to previous screen from where user comes.
