Notes:
- A lot of representable shims over UIKit view controllers. These misbehave a little. They should be re-written in SwiftUI.
- Settings no longer uses VibrantTableViewCell

Swaps .caf file for .mp3 for notification sound
...
.caf files don't appear to work on macOS notifications, and mp3s appear to work on both iOS and macOS, so swapped file format.
