Subject: [PATCH] Bump base (#5532)

Pickup https://github.com/koreader/koreader-base/pull/997 & https://github.com/koreader/koreader-base/pull/998

The most user-visible fix being startup in non-standard orientations on
the Libra no longer being broken ;).
