Subject: [PATCH] bump base: xtext, cre, ffi, harfbuzz (#9696)

Includes:
- Update to HarfBuzz 5.3.1, libffi 3.4.4
- LPeg: Minor cosmetic tweaks
- cre.cpp: add cre.softHyphenateText(lang, text)
- xtext: properly support soft-hyphens
- xtext: option to allow limiting usage of soft-hyphens
- xtext: better ellipsis support with Arabic text
- ffi: Add fflush to posix_h
- fb_mxcfb: Don't wraparound update markers until UINT32_MAX
