Stuart Breckenridge	8eee73cf26	🩹 Fixes incorrect refresh control visibility ... Makes `TimelineViewController` a `UISplitViewControllerDelegate`. When the display mode is such that the feeds, timeline and article are visible, the timeline refresh control is hidden.
