bump crengine: various small fixes (#4888)

- CSS: fix some attempts to read memory that has been freed
- Supports './' and '/./' in file paths/href in EPUB
- Text rendering: ensure strut height on empty lines
- CSS: adds support for color 'transparent'
- Fix getPageDocumentRange() on some pages (again)
- bump cache file format version
