bump crengine: minor fixes, add getPageXPointer()

- Update German hyphenation patterns
- CSS stylesheets cache: also clear it after initial load
- getSurroundingAddedHeight(): use interline_scale_factor
- LVDocView::getNodeByPoint(): tweak again for text selection
- LVDocView::getPageBookmark(): behave as getBookmark()
