[Kindle] Don't resize the titlebar on FW >= 5.12.4 (#6204)
This apparently fatally upsets the WM on FW >= 5.12.4 I don't have the HW to test it, and I've been saying FW 5.12.x is evil from the get go, so, eh. Re #6117
